Hey,Here I will show you the complete forum guide.
Note:I will not tell you how to make a great forum like this.
Anyway
Chapter 1-Registering.
Heres the first step,To start posting on the forum first you need to 'register'. If you don't know how to register first you need to click on register in the nav bar.
Then choose your username and password,and then type your e-mail adress in.
Then go to your inbox and the activation link should be there!
Now your ready to start posting!
Chapter 2-Making topics and posting!!
Now that you have registered you need to post. To post just click on any thread,then scroll down and there will be a box,then type your message in,but make sure its not spam!
Then click 'send' or 'preview',If you click send it will automatically send the message to that thread,If you click preview it will preview what you have just written.
Now thats the posting.. but heres how to make a 'topic',A topic is basically a thread.
To make a topic just click on any of the categorys.And then click 'new topic' at the top.
Then simply type in your title choose the colour.. etc. And vola,you now know how to make a topic and to start posting.
Chapter 3-Making yourself at home!
Now you know how to post,you will have to make yourself at home by saying a 'hello' to all the forumers!
Now to do this just click on 'hello's and goodbyes',Then make a new topic,and say your message!
Then just wait for some lovely replies from the forumers. And there! You are becoming a part of the forum.
Chapter 4-Making friends!
Now you have been welcome'd to the forum you will now need to make friends.
To make friends you will have to post ALOT! But remember to be nice to other forumers.
If you be nice to other forumers then they will be nice back.
But if you be mean it will cause a fight with another forumer and you will BOTH get infractions after a warning.
Chapter 5-Signatures and avatars!
Now you have friends,Lets have a avatar and a signature!
To get a signature,Save a picture that you want to use for your avatar,then go to profile>Avatar>Upload from machine,Upload avatar from url,Link to off-site avatar and then choose wich one,save and vola!
You now have a simple avatar,Now for the signature!
Again go to profile>Signature.This one is VERY different,you can type your own words in and put some pictures in,Then when your done,Click save,then go to preferences and click 'always attach my signature' And when your posting scroll down and click attach signature.
